“I agreed to sign a contract with a home warranty company called Home Service Club. The agreement was that if my home needed repairs they would provide me with a contractor. Note: When we reached out to the company about The Home Service Club reviews mentioning the long wait times and lack of communication from the claims department, we were told that customers are free to use their own contractor, which will likely result in faster service.
